Matt received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, Matt returned to his hometown of Atlanta and began a career that has resulted in consistent increases in knowledge and responsibility.

- Served as CFO of growing apparel brand for almost 7 years with over 400% revenue growth, consistently improved earnings and completion of $25 million private equity investment
- Served as
VP, Controller of publicly traded healthcare company which was
ultimately sold at a premium after implementing major cost cutting and
turnaround initiatives which resulted in profitability for the first time in company history
- Completed M&A transactions with total deal values of over $200 million
- Negotiated and secured over $50 million of credit facilities including asset-based credit lines, major capital leases and cash secured loans
- Developed and implemented executive compensation plans
- Oversaw and implemented several major ERP systems including Oracle and Lawson
Matt lives in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife, two children and dog.
